Meh, came here because I had a craving for nachos. Nachos were okay, nothing memorable. Am I going back??
I've grown up on Pepe's and it's a mexican joint I would put up there with Manuel's and Al and Bea's. Green Chile burritos, bean and cheese burritos and the regular hard shell tacos are great! The taco's are my normal order. I've tried other locations but the Alhambra location seems to be the best.
I came here off of a recommendation but it wasn't good. The burritos were big but the meat had not taste.
Always great food! – I've been to several Pepe's and they are all great! The Alhambra location is closest to where I live, but the food is always consistently good. You can go wrong with anything on the menu and the service is fast and friendly! Check it out if you haven't!
Yum! Pepe's is some awesome Mexican food! Their burritos are to die for. I almost always get a bean and cheese but you can't go wrong with the asda or chicken too!

BEST HARD SHELL TACO'S & TAQUITOS PERIOD........ – PEPES RULES!!!! This place has been around since the early 1960's and for good reason to. They have got the best wet burritos, nachos, hard tacos and taquitos. The sauce they put on the wet burritos and nachos is the most addicting stuff in the world, I think its there green chili. Best tacos in town – Love the tacos. I stop by here at least once a month.
They need someone who can answer the phone with good customer service skills! desperately! I could hardly hear them and once I told them I wanted to place an order, they simply said, "ok, wait!" and place the phone on the table, I was able to hear everything they where saying. I was left a lone for about 4 mins. Once they picked up the phone they said, "hello?" I told them my order, they asked what time I would pick it up, and they said, ok.
