The people are very helpful. The quality of the food was the best that you can expect at most restaurants, very tasty, but lacking the organics that I'm sooo obsessed with. That's the only reason that I didn't give it a 5-star rating. Otherwise, we didn't have to wait long for our food, it was yummy and hot, and they checked back to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction, which I always enjoy at restaurants.
Service was good but food not so much. I ordered the chicken Fajitas and there was barely any chicken.
I come to see Electric Ash which is amazing, the food is descent but to be honest the service has been horrible every time we've been there. Slow or none at all. Once they get your intial order we never see them again. My friend had to go to the bar to order drinks. I could understand if it was a busy night but it wasn't. Hire more people and ones that actually want to work. 3 stars is being nice.
If I could give it zero I would. The waitress and manager where beyond horrible. I went for my birthday dinner and had to wait at least 45- 1 hr for our order to be taken, served the wrong drinks and another 40 minutes for the food to be brought out with 10mins between plates. When brought to the servers and management attention and they continued to make excuses and be rude to us. Will never eat here again!!! Beware of the rude management!
Sunday brunch menu had a variety the food was good waitress served us continuously the champagne without having to ask for refill...;)
It's a regular for us. My husband pretty much always gets the steak and enchilada combo. The steak has never been anything but perfectly juicy and delicious!
