RecommendedService was fast and everyone was very nice

POOR service! My chief complaint was my breaks. Instead of the service writer mentioning that in his notes, the only thing he was worried about was what additional service he could sell me on. Because I like to keep my car fully maintained as possible, I agreed to the additional services. $520 later and the initial problem wasn't even addressed. Oh, and did anyone call me to tell me my car was ready? No. Because the service writer left for the day and failed to call to notify me nor did his manager even think to contact me. ... read more
