I have been a loyal Pepe Infiniti Customer for over 20 yrs. In 04/2020, during the Pandemic, my 2017,Q60 started making noise.The car is leased w 7 months remaining. 34,000 miles on the car & its under warranty.I bring it in to Pepe who wants to charge $900 to even open up the engine. It is later determined that it needs expensive engine work and that I have to incur this expense. Im unenployed & am a RN volunteering during the crisis. I cannot stress this enough...Go elsewhere! My lease was up in March and they told me they couldn't take the vehicle back due to Covid-19 and someone would contact me. Weeks later with no call I reached out again and got the same response. I then leased a new vehicle through another dealer and they said I owed an additional 2 months to Infiniti although the lease was up, I had not used the car and they refused to take it back. I paid it and the new dealer took the car back but Pepe is still claiming I have to continue paying... read more

The manager, Chris Frey, could return my phone calls and honor their offer to return my lease payment of $550, after I returned the Qx60 a month early and leased two new vehicles!
