We were coming home from our family spring break vacation when our car broke down. Our tow truck came quickly and brought us here 10 minutes TIL they closing....these guys stayed over 3 hours late to help us get back on the road tonight! This is over and beyond excellent service!!! THANK YOU! These guys have no idea what they did for us!!! I feel blessed that if this had to happen, I'm so happy it happened here!!
Set of four new tires with all the bells and whistles purchased at Pelham, AL store in December. Brought back vehicle in January after significant vibration at and above 50 MPH. Store manager admitted they rushed through the install and did not properly balance. After third visit in February, promised store manager would "call the next day." Still awaiting that call. If they cannot get the tires to balance properly, then employees should not recommend that particular brand of tires.
