RecommendedMy daughter got an oil change on a Thursday evening here and Friday evening/Saturday morning she noticed her oil light come on. Her dad checked it and there was not a drip of oil in her car! Very expensive and try to sell versus service.
My family and I were traveling home to Moulton,AL from vacation in Gulf Shores a good hour and a half from home had tire problems pulled in my husband got out explained the situation and that we needed a tire and were told nope can’t get to us today. Pep boys will never get another dime from me!! We get that you were tired and probably wanted to get home but this is a true example of what is wrong with this world today...no compassion for anyone!!

Man, I should’ve looked at the reviews before I set up my appointment to get new tires here. I’m 2:30 hours into my appointment and I’m waiting on someone to bring 2 tires from another store over here. How are you not prepared with the proper materials when you knew ahead of time you would need them? Ridiculous.
They say they do a free code pull then charge 89.00 for a engine diagnoses. They say it takes an hour when only 15 min. They ding extra when they know they are only one open..
12 months interest free on their credit card. We have bought 8 tires in less than 2 years.
