I went in to change rotors and brake pads, the service was to my satisfactory. saved me 50% than if I were to do it with the dealer. I was also looking for parts, the clerk was helpful too. Very Good..
its nice ....I was at the point where I had to have a lot of work performed on my 2006 Taurus. It wasn't cheap, but Pep Boys was fair, warned me when I was planning to have unnecessary work done, and even fixed some small problems that I had mended with duct tape for free.
Staff was very nice and understood the issues with my car right away. The fixed it on the spot at the right price. Thanks Pep Boys! ....Very goog
