We purchased tires online for our son, upon completion of the install the price was changed and much higher. The store manager Mike Roger's was very rude, we sent over the screen shot of payment but still had to pay all over again. They added extra charges that didn't show online or on receipt. I will never go back and will be reporting to the BBB along with pep boys Corp office. this store and person will rip you off. this isn't the type of store or people we need working on our area
RecommendedThese guys are great and always treat me well when I come in. Whether it's for an oil change or the bigger things, I get the best price and great service.
It defeats the purpose of making an appointment, of you don't NOTIFY me that no one can look at my car. I understand people get sick, but when I marked to be called about my car in the first place, one would think it's common courtesy to CALL if it needs to be cancelled instead of having someone further risk their car, and waste their gas to be told the mechanic isn't it. Very disappointing, wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
They are knowledgeable and worked with me on my concerns for how things cost. Nice guys working there.

Pep Boys is wonderful - they gave us the best rate on some great tires and were amazingly helpful when one of the tires needed some warranty work - wonderful customer service we will always bring our cars there
