Every state I love in every vehicle I have Pep Boys. Va was the only state the screwed me over. But yesterday I was happy again!
2 hours and still waiting to get my wheels put on that have been mounted for an hour sitting there.... when i came in i was the only one here then people started coming in and my tires got pushed aside. EXTREMELY UPSET WITH #PEPBOYS
Extremely happy with this Pep Boys location! We took our car in today to get two new tires. The store manager, Marshall, went above and beyond taking care of our needs. He didn't have the tires we wanted at his location, but was happy to ride over to another location to get what we needed. The excellent service aside, his polite and courteous demeanor won our future business. We are not from the area, and have been putting off needed a.c. repair, but we decided to go ahead and allow them to do these repairs as well. We went ... read more
