I stopped by to see if they could get my tire fixed because it was currently going flat after hitting something on highway. The man was rude. Said they could not get to it for couple days.

All I needed was an oil change, so like most places you pull up to the oil change lane. That's what I did because it was empty. So as I get out my car, I look at the guy just standing at the entrance expecting him to let me know if I should leave my car there or move it. Instead, he walks off saying loudly, people just feel they can park anywhere. I felt horrible, I just didn't know. I go inside and ask if it's ok to leave the car there or do I need to move. Good, quick service with nice folks. Made an appointment which they honored. Answered my questions. Did a quick inspection of my vehicle and made recommendations.
It's the only place I take my cars for tires. Good fast work at a good price.
I definitely will take my car back to Pep Boys in Niceville. They are trust worthy and honest and being a widow woman that is a blessing to me.
Just put a lift on my truck with a new set of tires and needed an alignment... Guy said its $84 for an alignment but an extra $34 each side for the camber adjustment. They know those are the details that need to be done and nickel and dime their customers for the "extra service" that should just be included. Then when I asked him to explain the difference to me, he threw me an attitude. Go to Goodyear next to Prime Lending, don't waste your time with this place.
