I had a problem with a defective falken tire that I purchased from another store I spoke with Richard Kobelt he went out of his way to make sure the tire was replaced doing the right thing goes a long way you just earned my business for all future service work thank you very much
Not even quite sure where to begin. Only reason I'm giving a star is because the only thing they know how to do is ring up the cash register. During the course of exactly 6 months I've had them replace my rear rotors once and brakes twice. Literally the day after getting them replaced, I still heard them squeal and make a metal to metal sound. They tell consistently they look good but I took it apart myself, there's absolutely no lubricant for the caliper pins to move when the brakes are in use and they tightened one bolt my... read more
