Beware of alignment scam! On 6/8/2020 I went to the Pep Boys store #1570 to purchase four tires, mounted and balanced, and have a four wheel alignment performed. When I returned to pick up my car everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the printout showing how bad my alignment was. The counter guy went in the back for a moment and upon his return informed me that the tech had not printed a copy of the before or after diagram. Gender inequality at it’s finest in 2019. 🙄😡 (and it takes A LOT for me to give a bad review) It was so bad I got my keys before they pulled it in to look at it. “Chris” who said he’s the manager needs some training in customer service. Praying no one else who goes there is treated this way.

Went for an advertised synthetic oil change. I keep my car maintenanced by the dealership so i knew there were no issues. The customer service was very good. I wont need another oil change for probably 6 months and if in the area i would use this service again.
I visited this location to get a new tire and experienced great customer service! The assistant manager Richard Kobelt made sure that I was aware of everything as a person who doesn't know much about tires and cars. He was very helpful and the staff worked on it right away. I wasn't there for any longer than a half hour. Will be coming back again.
I had a flat in the wee hours of the morning, limped to the store and was there, ready & waiting when they opened. As they were pulling it into the bay I walked across the street for a biscuit. Before I was finished they called & said it was done. Very quick, very friendly, have no problem going back for other issues.
