Had another terrible experience with pep boys. This is not the first time. But will be the last. I hope other women do not experience what i have had to go through twice at this pep boys with the same guy After pep boys assured me the first time this would not happen again. I have called customer relation to no avail again. This man should not be working with the public especially women. Has anyone else been screwed over on a rebate from Pep Boys? If so, let me know. I'm planning to have a little fun working my way up their management tree. We had them do some brake work and the rebate was in the form of a prepaid Visa. When Robyn Willis Baker went to use it, it had "expired" (only 3 months or so after we received it). I think it is a scam for them to save money on their rebate program. When I talked to "customer service" they basically told me to pound sand, "it's expired." I'll post updates. This Pep Boys isn't the hard sell. They talk to you straight, never try to sell you what you don't need and really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The manager Al and mechanic Brian are wonderful. I really recommend this Pep Boys if you want good service and straight forwardness and no unnecessary extras.
