I wasted over an hour waiting for a tire rotation. After taking my car in and inspecting the tires, Gary told me they were too old for rotation he said they were 9 years old — something he could’ve said before taking the vehicle in my opinion. He had already measured the tread and seen the condition. I was also asked about an oil change, but I had just done it, so I declined. I went in to get my alternator replaced for the third time in 3 years and even though it was done at a different Pep Boys last time that is now closed they still honored the warranty. I would definitely recommend that anyone use this location.
