They have always taken good care of me and treat you with courtesy and respect. They make me feel safe because they care about their customers and the quality of their work.
I dropped off my car at 10am, to get an alignment done, they told me the car would be done by 4 o'clock, I called back at 4:40 and was told that the car was not done yet. I let them know that the car was going to be entered in an autocross event the next day and that I needed the car done by the end of the day. They never called back and by the time I got to the store, they were closed and my car was locked inside. A call to the 800 number got me nowhere.
