The customer service at this Pep Boys location was great! I needed to replace my front two tires...one had a huge buckle in it which was causing severe imbalance while i was driving and I was afraid it was going to give out at any moment... the other had no tread and a tear in it as well. Victor DeBroux & other employees were AWESOME! He was very knowledgeable of his job, very understanding of my situation, & genuinely cared enough to do everything he could to insure that I didn't leave in the same unsafe vehicle in which I arrived...... I will definitely go back for any work needed on my vehicle.
