Beware of alignment scam! On 6/8/2020 I went to the Pep Boys store #1570 to purchase four tires, mounted and balanced, and have a four wheel alignment performed. When I returned to pick up my car everything was fine until I asked for a copy of the printout showing how bad my alignment was. The counter guy went in the back for a moment and upon his return informed me that the tech had not printed a copy of the before or after diagram. Both times I have been in the workers at register acted rude and annoyed to do their job. Had to bring a car back in to have oil rechanged after we discovered they didn't change it the first time-just took our $$ and didn't do the job. Now at 1,5000 miles before sticker says the oil will need to be changed, the dash is blinking and saying it requires another oil change. Stay away from this place!
Came in for a battery diagnostic and they replaced my battery in just a few minutes. Brett and Fred were great fastest service I’ve had in a while.
dont go there if you need your car,brought my car in a year ago for a radiator flush , the next day brought it back they found a broken hose adapter ,the next day after 3 presure test the following days my ac &heater wasn't working on the drivers side so asked them to look at it and give me a oil change when I picked it up I was told my problem was my car used Dex antifreeze and they could not fix the problem the next day I was late for work because I thought my car was on fire but when I pulled over I found it was oil spill... read more

DID NOT EVEN CHANGE OIL FILTER FOR OIL CHANGE!!!! Made an appt. with them for oil change got there was told there was 4 people ahead of us!!! OK went to church went out to eat came back and truck was still on lift!!!! All I can say is RUN don't walk from this place!!! AWFUL should be negative stars!!! sorry place.
After the dealer gave me the cold shoulder it was time to look elsewhere. This being my second time here I have been pleased with the service they provide.
