The service was incredible, I really felt like I could trust these guys. So happy they could help me prepare my car for the next 100000 miles. Only thing I have a question about, is if they replaced all hoses, why weren't the ones in picture replaced?
I had such an amazing experience at Pep Boys, and I especially want to recognize Jorge for his exceptional customer service. I had issue either fuel pump and gas smell coming thru vents car and had to be towed to Pepboys Kissimmee,FL traveled from Altanta to see grandkids. I want to tell you this Pepboys has excellent communication and Customer service skills . Manager Jorge Cabrera made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I had to travel there several times because vendor ket sending wrong part but it was worth it. I also want to give shout out to Mechanic Eshaan because he also played a main part in this service.
