I need a new starter for our corolla. So I came over to get a price. We've been coming here for over a decade
2014 Chevy Captiva Sport, engine overheating..Tech diagnostic the issue and determined that the radiator was cracked. Installed new radiator and I'm back on the road. Pep Boys always seem to have a pep in their step when it comes to fixing the issue.
I easily made a next day 8am appointment for a new battery and I was done by 9:15. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly, straightforward, and efficient.
I came to pep boys to get my starter replaced. They disconnected my battery and my AC system is now totally messed up! Now they need to fix that!!
I have lived in the area for several years now and have used this Pep Boys location many times before, all with great results- The previous manager (Carlos) was always honest and up front, and I never felt I had to worry about bringing my cars to him. Unfortunately, it appears that the management has changed (Lorenzo Ocampo is the new Store Manager), and with that change came a very unpleasant experience, and likely will preclude me from ever going back there.
