No vayan nunca a este Pepboys fui a cambiar el aceite y filtro a mi carro y me di cuenta que no le cambiaron el filtro solamente el aceite y le hecharon menos aceite de lo normal. ademas se tardaron 3 horas en cambiarlo y me dijeron que se tardaba 45 minutos, tambien me dejaron aceite regado en parte del motor Never go to this Pepboys. They got me in and out as promised and they don't try to upsell you.
I have used this location for many years. Like every business they have good days and bad. I believe I visited this time on a bad day. The only reason I did not get overly upset was Alex who did his best under pressure. However, for the most part you can expect good service at this location.
