Great personal service and car repair
I’ve been servicing my car with this company for over three years, always coming here for oil changes and tire replacements. I trusted them with my vehicle because I believed they valued loyal customers. But recently, I had a very bad experience. I came in to change my oil, and they told me they’d take parts from outside. Unfortunately, I will never visit another pep boys establishment. I do not like the way I was treated by one of the employees today. His behavior towards me felt extremely uncomfortable and even racist. I was waiting to get the results for my AC check/estimate that he was combining and another customer that was in the waiting area comes out and says is that my car.
