they told me they could change my tires within 30 to 45 min. I came in 30 min earlier to make sure it got done. an hour later my car still parked in parking lot. I had to leave because they wasn't sure when I would get my tires done. now I have to change my trip plans due to this. store 105 Gastonia Nc Daniel and Richard sales people. don't tell someone you can help them if you can't. Horrible. I went for an oil change. They told me one price over the phone when I made the appointment then told me a price that was double what I had been told once I arrived. I walked out without getting anything done.
When you make an appointment for an oil change an wait an hour, then go to the counter to ask how much longer until your car is complete, only to find out apparently the ONLY mechanic on duty JUST GOT BACK FROM LUNCH�...so another 45 min cause they just started on your car...say what?! See the way my patience and tolerance is set up...give me my keys back now please
Being that I know lil to nothing about the services my car needed it was refreshing to have Josh and the mechanic himself come out and explain to me what was going on while I waited. Now I'm riding again! Thanks! ��
Excellent experience the staff was amazing and the waiting room was fantastic. Getting ready to schedule oil change and inspection with them. Definitely recommend!
First off when I called to ask them questions about my car they were very informative and told me about the deals that they had going on! Second, when we got there approximately 30 minutes later he knew who I was(Pedro). They answered every question I had and they seemed to be very knowledgeable about the tired and services they did! Jeff, Jason and Pedro made this visit awesome!! THEY DEFINITELY HAVE OUR SERVICE!!!
