Very helpful & knowledgeable..Farouk was very helpful.....saved the day! Nails in 2 tires...we were patched and on our way in no time.
New Management Charles(pops), he make sure your vehicle is done right and is making his crew inspect your vehicle so that it is in top shape. I know that after my truck being there I am safe on the road. I also listen to Pops and he will work with you when it comes to repairs needing to be done and you live on a budget.
I am currently a student/Veteran so I don't always have much money but these guys here will work with you,they'll find coupons or special sales for you. They gave me Great deal on an alignment and tires and yesterday helped me out with the price on an oil change. They have a return customer in me. Thanks guys.
Great customer service from beginning to end. I had a flat tire on my way to work and they helped right away and picked me up from work after the repair was done. Ended up buying all new tires since I needed them anyway and they had a great promo going on. Definitely recommend this place.
Will never return to this place way over priced and could even be bothered to put air in my tire after I told them I have a tire light on. $10 bucks a tire to check because I did not know what one was low and $65 bucks for an oil change after a $20 coupon. Never again that is for sure. their savings club card went out the window,
Last time I will schedule an oil change appointment there. Went in today with a 9am apt. Was told I was the third one today and he did not have enough staff to do it (mind you only one other car in the lot that had just been dropped off for a tire change and none in the bays). Said he could try and call someone in but I might have to wait a while. Last time I had an apt. there I waited an hour and a half (40+ minutes before they even took my vehicle back). Took my battery and alternator in to be tested. I was told they don't / can't do that. And it was a pep boys battery that I bought in Lakeland 6 months ago. It's crazy that you sell and install them but you can't test them? Crooks or lazy? That's the last time I ever set foot in one of their stores
I took my 2015 Subaru Outback 2.5i Limited to this location last Wednesday, March the 2nd for an oil change. My car has 11,900 miles on it, and the maintenance schedule does not call for an engine air filter replacement until 30,000 miles. My car was the only vehicle being serviced that afternoon, and after changing the oil a technician brought me two filters and asked if I wanted them replaced.
