I had a confirmed 2:00 PM appointment for the tire rotation to be done. I arrived on time, but my vehicle was not taken until 2:45 PM. An appointment should mean service begins at the scheduled time, not a long wait in the lobby with no updates. Staff did not provide a clear reason for the delay or an accurate wait time until I asked them. As always, reasonable prices, fast, friendly service
I was very disappointed with my recent visit. I have used PepBoys in Quakertown for many years. I’ve never had such a poor experience. I scheduled an appointment for 8: AM to avoid possible delays as the day progressed. On check in I was told the simple oil change would take about an hour. In the past the oil changes always took an hour or less. This time after waiting an hour and forty minutes I went to the desk to ask about my car as I had another appointment to get to at 10 AM.
