My car broke down on I-476 North and was towed to this location. We weren't expecting to be serviced because we were told the mechanic would be leaving in a hour. The guys ran a diagnostic test and had ordered a part. We walked to Diary Queen to get lunch and lo and behold, my car was sitting out front ready to go! We greatly appreciated the fast service and the mechanic that stayed longer to help us out. My Partner and I were able to go see family for the holiday <3

I had my rear brakes done. Service was good. I had no issues. The service consultant even offered a coupon when I asked if any were available for the service.
I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my car and the service Manager and the mechanic answered any of my questions that I had.
Dan was so helpful! He explained what was going on with my car and let me know how to resolve the matter with engine coolant. I will go back to PepBoys for my questions and service, highly recommended!
