Yesterday after going to 2 other auto shops to try and get an inspection i called Pep Boys around 6pm they were able to get me in for the inspection. The guy at the counter was friendly and courtesy unlike the first shop i went to, they completely ignored me. Looked me in my face and kept walking. The second shop only did inspections from 8am to 5pm. I thought maybe that was a statewide rule but clearly it wasnt. Thank you Pep Boys for helping me out!
I love pep boys. Price matching, customer satisfaction, what more could you ask of these professionals.
Never again will I shop at your store I came in to order parts on Saturday I was told the parts would be here Monday by 2 o'clock p.m. And now they have no knowledge of the parts even being ordered not a good way to treat your customers
