RecommendedThey have fast service. Courteous. But why do they give you times. service is going to take and then done in less time. It is almost as if they don't want your business.
Your mechanic 6 your tire changes need to learn how to do their job like a professional not like a wanna be screen up people's cars costing no more than it should and not getting the problem fixed
The service guys have always been helpful, courteous, and attentive to my service needs. I've been going to them for 4 yrs and will continue to have them take care of my vehicles.
Gabriel and Ernie in the service and tire dept got me right in with no appt and I was done in 2 1/2 hrs. Not bad. I'll def be coming back to them. Btw I drove 150 miles just to get there.
Was quoted a 1.5 hour wait time, no problem I was patient.... sat for 2.5 hours before asking and then they were rude to me. Will not be returning
Live close by and I know most the people and always get good service. Might not be the cheapest but it's warranted and done right.
The service manager and assistant manager are awesome, they are squaring me away with new tires and front brakes.
Lost my power windows. Was told needed to a diagnostic first...No problem. Also had a flat that needed to be fixed. They found the problem and kept me well informed of the price. At they end, I was expecting to pay $150+ but everything came out to $89. My only gripe is that I went in at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and they only had one guy who could run the diagnostics. All in all, I was very happy.
