Don't bring them a clean car. This store has got to have the dirtiest crew ever. Mats and steering wheel were so nasty when we picked up car. Yeah they definitely charge for shop fee, had so much white grease on my new tires and wheels. Why they got to change radio stations i don't know. I guess they don't have a customer service training. Quoted a price at time of drop off of car and failed to mention he added in the mail in rebates. I stayed away for 5 years because of this same service. .Worst store I have ever been into. Went in on a Friday to price some tires. I walked up to the service counter and was completely ignored by both of the peoplr behind the counter. After about 5 minutes one finally acknowledges me. I asked him for an estimate on 4 tires and an alignment and then I left. After searching around I decided pepboys had the best price so I called back about 30 minutes later and asked if they'd be able to install the tires and allign my car that day and he said yes to come back in.
