Pepboys has terrible service. I went there to get a diagnostic. Even though I had an appointment, I still watched my car sit in the same place for 3 hours. After I asked about why my car had been sitting there not being worked on and was given a beat-around-the-bush response, and when I called the 1800 number to complain, they put it in the shop.
