Made an appointment on line for tires and alignment. Got there 15 minutes early. They didn't have my tires and didn't know when they were coming. Not one person spoke clear English behind the counter they couldn't even tell me if they were coming in today. Thought I was at a tire shop not a watering hole for camels. They did the same shit on throtel cable order on line for pick up tomorrow went there around lunch not there.....Never Again
Had my daughter's car inspected in the port Jefferson location. Only needed a new windshield wiper to pass. I also had my car inspected the month before it needed two tires to pass(knew that going in). The only thing that disappointed me was they didn't have the sale tires in stock, otherwise, I feel like they are fair and don't try to gouge you with un necessary repairs.
BURNT MY RIM to shit, didn't say anything to me, had to point it out and get a piece of shit replacement they picked up from the junkyard that they gave me after complaining about it. SPENT 1000$ of my hard earned money on tires and alignment, apparently the guys in the garage give me an alignment without checking my ball joints, for those of you that don't know when your ball joints go bad your tires wiggle, how do you do an alignment when your tires wiggle? I dont know either, so I had to go back and have it redone, STILL ... read more
