they screw u out of money
I use to recommend this location but after Saturday I will no longer do so. The tech was given instructions not to use my door but did anyways. Secondly the tech did not properly install my wheel cap which is now lost . Customer service has really went down. I came all the way from Silver Spring MD for bad service.
Their customer service is really bad, specially Manassas store. They never said hello or any thing managers don’t care employee don’t care. Bad bad I hope upper management do some thing about that. Never recommend product form them.
The crew working Sunday August 5th at 5:55pm went above and beyond to help me and my friend when I discovered a nail in my tire causing a rapid loss of air. We are from the Richmond area and if they had not stayed to replace my tire, (my choice, they did try to plug it) we would have been stranded in the area. I appreciate greatly the help they gave us at the end of a very long, hot day at closing time! Thank you!!
I had to buy tires for my car and did an online appointment. The staff at the Manassas location was great. They had me in and out in under an hour. They pointed a couple things out on the car that will need some attention. I’ll be back in the future!
They tried to make me pay way more money than it really cost to get the radiator and thermostat fixed $500+ when the radiator is coverd in my warranty they said it was in a tricky spot when it is actually located in the front of the car 2010 Nissan Maxima I felt like they tried to pull a fast one on me so I took it somewhere else and got it done for $300 cheaper and it was the same type of work I will never go to pepboys again
Horrible experience! I made a 9 am appointment and there was no mechanic! The mechanic decided he did not want to show up! At my work if you do not show you loose your job!
Pep Boys always has what I need. The service department is friendly and gets the job done in a reasonable time frame at the promised price. And excellent work as well!
The manger declined my service, even though I had a prior appointment. I had to talk to the store manager to lubricant the process. I'd rather go to an expensive mechanic that will respect and honor my engagement, then here.
