have four vehicles and all of them have been to Pepboys for service. Nearly every time I take it in, it comes back to me with something else wrong. Latest was a Crankshaft Sensor, Warrantied for one year, it lasted 54 weeks and they didn't want to help me at all. They charged me more than $700 - I went to Christian Brothers they are replacing it for under $400. Horrible horrible experience. Dishonest and shady service. Definitely stay away from pep boys. I would give them zero stars if I could. John and Chris are some of the most rude disrespectful people I have ever came across in life... they are definitely giving this company a worse name then it already has.

They had the tires I wanted at the right price. Beat out several other discount tire sellers.
I had an appointment and after waiting 10min for someone to help me, they said they wouldn't help me. They were booked for the day!! Rude and slow service. Went to Walmart and they helped me without question and service was OUTSTANDING.
