Rude. Made an appointment Wednesday for Saturday. Walked in early to poor, rude customer service. Had been there previously... will never be back again.
RecommendedShout out to Pep Boys in Boardman, OH. I was traveling through town from Indiana to West Virginia and had a rattle sound at the back right of my van that started a few days ago that was getting louder. They looked at it and fixed it in about 15 minutes and didn't charge me anything. Thanks guys!
Took a vehicle in because the heat went out. Found out when I picked it up that I had to take it to the dealership to fix the heat. Now I have to drive 500 miles with no heat. Awesome job fellas �
I’d give them 10 stars!!! went there today and had excellent customer service. They were fast, and efficient, and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. They were very good with my kids too! My car was done in 15 minutes! I was astounded how fast it was. They gave me no trouble with coupons I used and did I mention how fast and awesome job they did! Couldn’t be happier!!
Today they told me my oil was so low it didn't even register on the dipstick. I checked myself and found they had lied. Needless to say, I didn't believe them about the necessity of the $785 worth of repairs they recommended and took my vehicle elsewhere. I don't think I will ever trust them again.
I love this place, the men in the store are helpful and polite and they seem to work fast. Love having a place I can call and the get me fast and work is done in a timely manner! Thank you �
Brought my car in to get fixed after hitting curb. They claimed to do an alignment but steering was still off... Significantly. And the left my lights on in my car. Filled out survey requesting I be contacted and I've never heard from them again. Had to take my car to NTB to get fixed... Now the car drives normally, unfortunately do to uneven wear all of my tires had to be replaced. Would never go back to Pep Boys again.
