If you need to get your battery out, and having trouble with it and other auto places tell you to take it to a dealer because they can’t. Pep boys can! They took my battery out of pt cruiser and Buick LaCrosse, great guys too. The guys there was very friendly.
Quick tire service and told me about another issue with my car without being too pushy about getting it fixed at their shop.
This place is an absolute joke.....My husband took our car there to be inspected and they tried to rip us off by failing this barely used car and saying we need $1200 worth of work to be done before it would pass! Thank god we are not stupid people who just gave them our money! $250 later at another location and the car magically passed with only one thing needing to be repaired which we already knew. Btw the 7 yr old car only had 8000 miles on it. Will never go here for anything!
Been going here for years and never had a problem Tires batteries never a problem I love the fact they ate open on Sunday mornings
I called yesterday morning and Joanne "Jo" took care of me and told me to come in. She informed me that there were 3 appointments ahead of me. Long story short, Jo gave me excellent service. I was a happy camper when I left. I will defiantly go back. Thanks Jo for awesome service.

These guys don't know how to their jobs right. Put peoples lives in danger. Blame everyone but themselves for the probkems they cause. And as far as customer service....they are no better.
