Service is less than desired. I scheduled an appointment; show up on time, only to be told they don’t have a technician available (not until this afternoon and they are booked!)WHAT?! The person proceeds to cancel my appointment while I’m standing there. I get an email 2 minutes later “ We’re sorry you couldn’t make your appointment”. “Would you like to reschedule”?REALLY?!!!

Go to pepboys they'll take care of you. Got in there and out in a timely fashion and courteous.
I was told it was no problem to bring my car in at 4pm to have new tires put on. At 6:52 pm, I got a phone call saying my car was done and I needed to pick it up immediately because the store was closing at 7. My friend and I inhaled our dinner so we could get back (almost) on time, but my car wasn't actually finished until about 7:45pm. Apparently there was a problem with the lug nuts on one tire, but if that was the case, why did we have to rush back? Nice atmosphere and great customer service! Very honest
Auto repair shops have taught me to not trust them but oddly, this particular Pep Boys has been rather exemplary. Each time that I have visited, the staff has been helpful and friendly. When I order online I have my shipment delivered here with no problem. Although my car is rather new, I have walked into this location for help after the dealership has closed for the day, and Pep Boys finds a way to fit my car into their busy schedule. I needed tires THIS WEEKEND. No exceptions. After getting burned by NTB in Timonium, who ASSURED me THREE SEPARATE TIMES they would have my tires (Scheduled Wednesday, but today, *Saturday* learned they weren't getting them till Monday.), I called Pep boys in Parkville. No appointment scheduled, they got me in same day, and got everything done I needed to. Will be going back. :-) Great service!
