This place is awful Danny the manager tried to not honor my 36,000 mile warranty on my battery and tried to scam me.They are having issues with their batteries they had to pull them off the shelf and if you buy a warranty expect that they will try to not honor it which is illegal.The manager over his head will not do much except put another battery in but won’t do anything to compensate for your time lost or the headache of fighting and arguing just to get the warranty honored.This company is shady all around and after my wa... read more
Pep Boy's did a fantastic job they got the part in and fixed the wire by the door jam where I left the boot covering the wire open so they could see it needed to be soldered and taped. Way to go.

Everyone was real friendly & helpful had to replace rotors brakes pads everything new! Spent about $430 on it all but it was needed for my scion tc 2013 the guys didnt try & ridiculously upsale me. All guys were helpful. Mike helping with getting what i needed Tommy the mechanic who did all the installing work & Robert cashing me out giving me the specials or discounts they had �

These are knights in shining armor! Professional, kind and honest! I was stranded, pulled over on the side of a crazy busy road at rush hour in Las Vegas and felt panicked ! Pep boys got a tow truck on the way immediately and followed up to be sure I arrived at my destination safely! I was given a quote and told the master mechanic would be in first thing in the morning! Pep boys you guys suck big ones!! Told me it was going to cost me $1500.00dollars to fix my AC, but not it was nothing but a hose!! I will never step foot in your store again ever!!!
