DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. I went in for a routine oil change. After my car was in the bay for over an hour they finally told me the mechanic broke a part on my car and that it cannot be driven/they cannot get the part till tomorrow. I watched this mechanic be negligent and not pay attention fully to the job (sitting on his phone while working on my car) and I’m extremely upset about the whole situation. Everyone was nice enough but I don't understand why it took 2 hrs & 20 mins to do an oil change...and yes, I had an appointment.
Thank you so much Todd and Benjie for all your help with getting a radiator for my excursion. You made what could have been a stressful trip home to Cincinnati so much better. You guys rock.
I had an appointment and they were ready to work on the car without delay! Within an hour was driving away with my fixed car!
