not a bad place. A clerk came out and told me exactly what I had on my Ford pick up without us even talking. The tail tip was modified and most likely from a semi truck shop since it was not a tail tip from an auto parts store, and the bumper was most likely from a 97 diesel truck and modified to fit on my pick up. This past Sunday, I discovered the rear driver's side tire was low. It appeared just fine a couple of days before that. When I went to look over the tire, I noticed what appeared to be a nail stuck in the center tread of the tire. So I filled it up a little higher than normal to get me from Layton to Riverdale. They were one of the few that was open on a Sunday thankfully. The service center folks at Pep Boys hooked me up right away. 20 minutes later, I was out and back to normal with the hole patched. come here if you want them to take their sweet ass time, charge out the ass and try to sell you on all kinds of shit that doesn't actually need to be replaced. Hopefully I don't have issues when I finally get to leave here.
I had a 2 flat tires so I took them into pep boys to get them changed, it took them 5+ hours to do so and while I was driving, my car was shaking really bad so I took it to les Schwab who advised me that pep boys had given me the wrong size! I payed les Schwab for new tires and went into pep boys to get a refund but the manager kept arguing with me saying it's MY fault because I couldn't drive my car to there shop so they went off the tires that I gave them, I checked the old tires...there the right size I would of needed if... read more
Don't advertise that you do safety and emissions and then tell me you don't have anyone to perform them when I come in. After the multiple visits it took for you to figure out why my new tires that I purchased from you a few months back kept losing air, I tried one last time. This was the last straw Pep Boys. I'm done with you guys.
Don't bring your vehicle here to get emissions and inspections! Two hours and counting for them to be done with my car!!!! Bathroom was filthy, I know a bunch a dudes work here but seriously take a rag to the bathroom once in awhile! Should've went to jiffy lube!
I have gone here for years with 5 different cars including a Vet! Every time I get service I get what I pay for and quick service. My favorite people that work on my cars is Brett & Shane. For years now I only let these two touch my cars. Today there was a new kid that did work on my Mazda 3 whom was outstanding taking care of me needing 2 tires, shocks, was looking at an aliment & TPI sensors. I was very impressed!!!!!
