Made appointment online to do a simple check. Upon arrival they didn't know about the appointment and asked me to reschedule since they were "backed up". I asked what the point of making an appointment was if they wouldn't honor it. They said you can make an appointment for any time you want, it doesn't mean we will have time to do the work. Waiting for an oil change from 4:30 appointment until now 6:12 and , I do not have the car yeat
Did everything to fix my car and get it back to me and at 1/2 the price the dealer quoted.
The people at the service desk continued to lie to me and not fix the problem. had spent $900 to fix problems for check engine light and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. for about 3 weeks they seemed to be trying to avoid me when I brang the car back trying to figure out why the $900 I spent didn't fix the problem. I know everybody makes mistake, but don't continue to lie and blow off costumers!
