Jerry saved my friend's vacation to Las Vegas! I want to give a shout out to Jerry at Pep Boys, because my alternator broke the day my friend was flying into Las Vegas. He saved me. In the past, I had issues with Pep Boys and unfortunately wrote some bad reviews, but when I need help in an emergency, Pep Boys manager Jerry took care of me. I am going to be more understanding now. I can't thank Christopher and Jose enough for the excellent customer service and getting us on the road yesterday. You went above and beyond. I so appreciate it. I made it through the highway fire getting to Vegas and you were able to get my car fixed quickly to make it back to LA for the flood warnings but home safe and sound so we thank you again!
