Do not go to this shady company. My car was dropped off here at 5:30pm on 6/26 due to it shaking/vibrating after hitting 50+mph on the freeway. Both my husband & I knew it must be a tire issue (have had previous tire issues before last year with this same car due to a tire blow out). Your rewards computer system sucks. I bought a Bosch battery last year and asked several times, "Is this battery in the computer system in case I lose the receipt?" I was told, "Yes, it is saved." I brought the battery back this year after it failed and no one could find it in the computer system. This is the second time this has happened in 3 years! I will never buy an auto battery from you guys again!
Went in for my scheduled oil change for my MINI Cooper. They let me know about the special that they had, they hooked me up with a $20 off coupon for the work they were going to do, and signed me up for their Rewards program. I was in and out of there in half an hour, and it cost me less than I was expecting.

Jose and Kevin are the absolute best, they got me in and out in no time at all!!! The service was amazing and so was the price. Been coming here for awhile and I will always come back!
Oil change time again! This place is great! People are so nice and they are fair on prices!
Horrible experience!!!!! After having to get a jump to get to them,(knowing I needed a new battery). They told me there was nothing wrong with my battery, starter, or alternator. Later that night I got stranded at 9:00 and thank god a tow truck driver and my personal mechanic got me home, this morning my mechanic called to let me know.... My battery was bad. I will NEVER step foot into any of your stores EVER AGAIN!!!!! Manny, Moe, and Jack??? More like Larry, Moe, and Curly!
