Parking here even more nightmarish than the typical Pep Boys. Prepare to park on a nearby street. Also, be careful parking in other businesses' lots - people are tow-happy around here.
Super slow and in dire need of staff/mechanics! Add about 6 hours to the estimated time for servicing and that'll be how long they actually take.
They do free engine checks!!! :) happy about that...
