Extremely Satisfied!! Duhh reviewer D.N.A... Of course they are not going to accept credit card payment over the phone. For all they know you could be using a stolen card or someone elseâs card without their authorization. I know I wouldnât be happy if someone stole my credit card then used it to buy tires over the phone. But anyways, I personally went there to have my oil changed and tires replaced, rotated, and balanced, and just to have them take a look to make sure everything was ok and nothing was out of whack. Pep Boys is Garbage ahahahaha ramon the guy who got fired for paying some mechnics to work on his car without writing up a tickect...ramon the guy who does a state inspection on his own car and doesnt pay for it...ramon the guy who over charged a customer $2,300 worth of stuff she didnt need....a pretty honest guy right NOOO....a company that doesnt give a (cuz word) about their employees bc no body has recieved a rasise in 3 years BUT the managers still get bonuses...a boss man that smiles in your face and right wen u turn ... read more
high class customer service I picked up some Ed Hardy TIGER seat covers tonight. The cashier at this location is beautiful. :-)
Unpleasant Tone Called to check avaiability of a part and man on the phone was uncooperative and unpleasant. I would not recommend driving all the way over to their location without knowing if they have what it is I am in need of.
No Way To Treat A Customer I went to this Pep boys because i was new in town and was familiar with the chain. I've had several oil changes and purchased a pair of tires a few months back. I only had the money for the oil change and was informed my rear tires were showing the steel belts and how dangerous this was. The problem occurred when i made arrangements with family members to help me with this emergency and utilize their credit card to purchase the tires.
