Charge too much for labor
an hour and a half to plug a tire, I told them I needed it back to go across the street to finish up paperwork at a car dealership where my wife is buying a car, I asked for the keys back to come back and take care of it later. no they pulled it it and put it on the lift and it's been sitting there for over 30 minutes with nothing being done. customer service is pathetic. won't even acknowledge you when you are standing at the counter. rudeness
The staff was amazing... very helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed!!!!
If I could give a zero rating I would. I stopped in yesterday and they were so busy I decided to make an appointment for today. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and it took them and additional 10 minutes to acknowledge me. I am very frustrated by this point, so when they called a gentleman in to cash out, I said I was there for a 1:00 appt. When they finally addressed me at the counter and I asked how long, he said he could not answer me since I "should have made an online appt" and that there were 3 additional 1:0... read more
Too few techs to complete the work they take in. If you've got all day to wait while things take hours longer than they should, this is the place for you.
Here for an oil change, 6:30 appt , just now starting 45 minutes late.... I hate that.. Last time coming here!!
