RecommendedTraveling from Arizona to Texas. Alternator went out, they were very nice. They took us right in and fixed us right up. We didn't have to wait in line. AMAZING service and customer service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Get a better tire warranty....a customer shouldn't have to pay almost $140 to replace a tire that was under warranty... especially when Pep Boys themselves fixed a flat on that tire just two days earlier... and then to have this happen on the highway...

Ugh. I've smelled rubbers throughout the store and they still don't have the item I ordered online 4 hours before coming to the store. They said it was available in store when I ordered it.
Every time i go in sales representative say that part doesnt fit your vehicle. Thats strange, vehicle doesn't have no aftermarket modifications. Hire some ppl with real knowledge. You guys are always last resort. Always fail.
