Have used this location one other time and have had good experience but today was an exception. On July 14 I made an appointment for a 4 pm oil change. Sorry experience they have my car since 9 am come back at 330 just for oil change and tire rotation no one touch my car. Plus they were running around looking for my keys after the sorry I’m walking out the were all smiles no customer service taking my car for the last 4 years there I guess they don’t care
Call customers back when you say you will, Ajay. Check to be sure all the parts are installed that should be; if they are missing from the box and you didn't install them, it might be a GOOD idea to let the manager and the customer know...BEFORE they leave. Putting on a trailer hitch is not rocket science but it sure was to their service department. Buyer beware.
These guys have taken care of me through two Alternator replacements, two batteries, and tires. Always helpful and timely with the work. Definitely a good team to have on your list!
Clifford and AJ were absolutely phenomenal with me as I work through different tire options before I made my final decision I can't thank them enough. I feel confident and I'm super excited to keep coming back
