Do NOT trust these people at this location. I lost all trust in this company because of the service (not needed) I received. I have been a loyal customer for years. After spending thousands of dollars to have my Jaguar repaired at the location in Cutler Bay, and having to return my car for the FOURTH time, I will find another shop to service my vehicle. They keep my car for a week at a time, only to tell me its ready, and I drive it for less than an hour only to find out the same issue. No phone calls, you can call the shop continuously for days on end, and no one will answer. I am totally frustrat… See more

They need to up their Customer service they don’t Pick up calls was calling for over 2 hours without getting anyone then drove over now in line over 30 mins

Terrible. Two hours 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. They open at 9a on Sunday but failed to staff the shop properly to start checking people in until 9:15 AM. The oil change has a 30 minute guarantee, but it took them 45 minutes just to tell me that my valve is tapping; and more than an hour before they actually brought my car into the bay
They suppose to be mechanic and they couldn't help us
