Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. Never seen how poorly they treat people. That’s even when you make an appointment and they know what you’re coming in for and the people that supposed to help you aren’t there. Calling corporate and everybody to let them know I will never go back.
I went into the store looking for an item. It was almost like they were closed but they forgot to lock the doors, the only employees I saw were a male and a female in the far back of the store just chit-chatting. I was never greeted of even acknowledged. Someone needs to MANAGE this place.

my son got his first car, all was perfect for the most part, then we took his car to pep boys, and now every time they "FIX" something, something else happens to it...... we have spent well over a 1,000.00 on this car and they still want more, 200.00 here 600.00 there. bottom line is, if you cant afford it don't go to pep boys, every thing is not less!!!
