The manager was very rude nasty and provided terrible customer service to be in a manager position! He was very non helping nonchalant after I spent money at this location to get maintenance done on my vehicle. I was over charged and lies to about the cost of my repairs in which I'm left to dispute with my credit card company. There are employees smoking vapes while repairing vehicles. please do not even think about going there, they don't deserve clients...went there twice, first time for a full tire exchange, second for an oil change, and my experience has been horrible: they told me a price for the oil change, then they gave me a different estimate by paper, and when I picked up the car the price of the oil had doubled!!!nobody even though about calling me to let me know of what was happening, they just served me a new bill with an overpriced charge...… See more
I will absolutely never come to this company to do any business ever again after my experience with this store and this entire company. Never trust these techs with any manual vehicle as they like to drive your car into curbs and throw you a “Sorry, heres a free bag of beef jerky even though we caused $700- $1k in damages.” The claims process for this issue is absolutely asinine as my issue was supposed to be resolved well over a week ago. They were very quick and efficient and installing my new battery
Nothing but horrible experience here. Told them I needed to get my check engine light checked to see what it was usually it’s free to hook up there little machine to the car and get the code. Guy comes back out and gives me a total of 800+ to fix a check engine light! Along with a tune up package OIL CHANGE that I “had to have” in order to get the check engine light fixed! bad horrible experience. 600.00 and sat and Sunday waiting. car broke down sat tow truck took 2 hours to get to me. 95 degrees. Still sitting at pep nw!
The parking lot and waiting room were almost empty when I arrived, I assumed it would be a quick oil change. They didn't say anything about a wait when I gave them my keys. Here I am 2 hours later and they haven't even looked at my car or said anything to me about the wait.
