Very nice customer service. Got oil change and new wipers quick and friendly
I gave my car to them on Sunday and they have yet to call me regarding what's wrong with my car. I had a bad experience at another mechanic shop and did not think that anyone could be worse than those guys. These guys proved me wrong. I am picking it up today. They screwed me out of two days of work and their communication is the absolute worst. Can't wait to never go here again. Seriously, paying a drunk monkey to fix your car would probably yield better results.
Probably THE slowest service for a car care place in the entire Salt Lake Valley. Subpar customer service at best.
We had a tire emergency today when we noticed our tire smoking from rubbing on a small section of the trailers fender. We limped into pep boys and asked them if they could pull off the one tire and hit the silver dollar size spot that was touching the tire with a hammer . They told us 4 hours to get it fixed for a 5 MIN JOB. We were on our way to a job site. Thanks pep boys i will continue to take our 10 trailers and 26 trucks to les schwab.
