I noticed a nail in my tire as I was filling it with air. I live right near a pep boys so I figured I would take it over there and see if it was able to be patched. I am a young woman who lives alone and across town and did not want my tire to blow out on my commute back home. I went to the store around 7:15 PM, keep in mind they don't close till 8 PM. I orderd tires offline and had them sent to Pep boys for installation. I have never used them before and was skeptical. Randy took my keys and called me a few hours later and said I was ready. Everything was installed correctly and looked great. Will definitely do business again
I worked with Jason Drown, Randy Smith and Larry Richey and had an amazing experience. They were all super helpful, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. We were traveling home from vacation and broke down. The team there did everything they could to get us back on the road quickly and safely. HIGHLY recommend this store and team!!
I called before going the service manager told me to come in just get there before 8pm I show at 7:55 and he had left for the day. He left at 7:50 why tell someone to come if you knew you were gonna leave early. That’s the 1st and the last time I’ll use pep boys
I was a costumer since 2011 and nothing but the best service thanks to John and David they made my day better than any other got my car fixed and me on my way within 20 mins thanks u guys I know I’ve said this numerous of times before I left the store but thanks again��
They were very helpful and helped with being able to afford it I thank them so much!
