Just sat an waited 1 hr and 40 minutes for my car to get an oil change and tire rotation only to be told, i'm sorry, we must have missed you (despite having an appointment!). Pep Boys in Jupiter, (FL) you just lost my custom. First and last time i'll try your company.

This place is garbage... it's really takes 3.5 hours to change the oil and put 2 tires on it..... and then accuse me of losing a paper that your camera blatantly sees me not do..... I'll never go to any pep boys again... if rather walk for life than deal with a$$holes like that again
The worst service ever. Thanks to the manager Pierre. I'm 8 months pregnant and waited 2 hours with a appointment to change my battery. Get out to my car and my radio does not work. He told me to come back Tomm. After giving me attitude the whole time I was there.
They damage my BMW motor.. they left the oil cap open..
