RecommendedGreat service and very courteous during the morning.
Took all day for an oil change spent 4 hours there for Lyft rental inspection which required an oil change also misplaced the keys which added up to 4 hour there another 2 hours in traffic home
The people that work here look like they hate to be their ! Plus you stand in line for a long time waiting for someone to help you . Half the time there not doing anything or on there personal phones making calls
Every time I come here most of the people look grumpy and you can tell they hate their job. Not sure if its management that needs to change or what. But I'd expect better customer service and not have service technicians who are guessing how to fix my car
I done doing business with this AUTO PART STORE. HORRIBLE AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. OK, you are looking online they have the part on stock you place the online order and even said pick today at 2pm. start counting day 1,2,3 and NOT ready yet. I call twice in a day to see if my order is ready NOT we are waiting for parts from other stores, when are just simple filters,oil and seal rings come on. TOTAL WASTING TIME. Happen to me multiple times. very disappointed.
