We had a 2pm appointment- when we arrived on time and 3 bays were empty.... it is now 3:16 and they are just putting it up on the hoist now.....3 of them sitting around chatting verses getting our car in and out efficiently. Why do I have to tell them that waiting two hours for an oil change is ridiculously long. We won’t be back!

Pep Boys saved us on a Saturday when the alternator on my Yukon went out. My sons and I were all treated with patience and respect, thank you so much to all the staff there for all your help. ❤
The service was really great and they were quick but detailed. They treated my baby very well which is extremely important to me.
Open long hours and can service your car whatever needs done.
We couldn’t seem to get acknowledged or to get any help setting up an oil change. We were also looking for a side view mirror and a tail light cover. Nakai was helpful with the car’s non working key fob. The rest of the employees- nope.
I have 2 vehicles and get oil changes there. I think they take 2 long. I am thinking about returning to the drive through places. 1 hour+ is just too long for an oil change
worst service I ever paid for.i started out with 1 oil leak and now I have 2. 1oil and 1 antifreeze,some how driving my car less then one mile and now it my fault.bbb is next.p.s don`t take your car to the new pepboys on higley and mckellups in mesa arizona
